What Kind of Inks Do You Use ?
Digital Printing System supplies a variety of dye based inks that include disperse, pigment, acid, and reactive, for most fabric applications including but not limited to: cotton, nylon (flags and banners), Lycra, Spandex, polyester (flags and banners), silk, rayon, and blends.
1) Reactive ink, which mainly is used to nature fabric such as silk, cotton, flax, and wool, or their mixtures
2) Acid ink, which is mainly used to nylon. Also it can be used to silk or wool, which causes the color brighter than using Reactive ink but the some parameters of fastness of the color will be lower, such as wet rub solidness (3 degree instead of 4 degree like 1)
3) Disperse ink, which mainly is used to polyester.
4) Pigment ink, which is mainly used to mixtures of 50% polyester and 50% nature fabric. Or it can be used to spry printing on dyed fabrics, including silk, cotton, flax, polyester, and etc.

What Advantages Does Digital Textile Printing Have?

– Due to introducing advanced technologies and a totally different process to work on the digital textile printing; one of the biggest advantages is less minimum order requirement needed as compared with the traditional order, which meets the demand for the individual fashion and unique custom design concept or any customized requirement.

- Digital textile printing shortens production cycle of 10 days less than traditional printing, if it is custom design and small number orders.

How Are Color Fastness, Handle / Softness?

Digital printed cloth or scarf behaves in the same way as tradition printed ones, the same color fastness and handle as known from traditional printing.

What is Sample Set Up Fee
This is a custom design charge during the sample printing process when you ask for specific image colors to be achieved. Due to a common fact about colors — what you see on the computer screen is quite different from what is print out by digital textile printers. Therefore, to achieve ideal image colors, a manual adjustment using software application is need.

Can Printed Fabric Be Washable?

Yes the same color fastness as known from traditional printing. However, with respect to specific products that you have purchased, please follow caring instructions provided by the product producers.

Will Prints on Fabric Achieve the Exact Same Look as Original Designs/artworks?
Due to certain unresolved technical and/or material issues, designs’ colors printed on fabric will not exactly look like those viewed on paper; and especially not those viewed exclusively on a computer screen. Textile weaves and nap may dramatically or likely modify the final printed products.

How to Prepare Electronic Files for Digital Textile Printing ?

1) Take your electronic files from original designs (artworks, photographs, family photos, pictures on magazines, etc.) by professional high definition devices, such as a professional box camera and scanner.
2) Generate final electronic files on computer using image editors, such as Photoshop, stored in CMYK Tiff format, at least 300dpi, and 1:1 proportion.
3) Ideally, print images out on paper in desired colors you want comparing to original designs, which can be used as color references submitted together with corresponding electronic files.

What is Your Minimum Order Quantity ?

What is about Sample Confirmation ?

This is a process including the following stags.

1) Besides sending electronic image files to us, you will print out your images on hard copies, usually on  pieces of paper, with desired colors you want, and send us as well.

2) Our design team will produce samples by working on your electronic image files and hard copies together in matching colors as similar as possible to your desired colors on hard copies.

3) Samples will be sent out for your confirmation. If you do not satisfy with them, one time modification can be done in our design team if solutions are available.

What Applications Does Digital Textile Printing Involve?

Digital textile printing is widely used in garment (cloth, scarves, fashion show, etc.), home textile décor (curtain, table cloth, bath, etc.), photo printing on canvas, outdoor products(umbrellas, bags, tent, beachchair, etc), and more.

What is Digital Garment Printing?

The Decorated Apparel Industry was taken by storm in late 2004 when some of the first commercial based direct-to-garment printers were released. Before you can truly understand why digital garment printing has become so popular, you will For years, if you wanted to print a couple of cotton shirts you would use either digital transfer paper or try to screen print the order. Both of these decorating methods have their positives, but they also come with negatives. Digital transfers allow you to create as little as a one-off shirt via a standard desktop inkjet or laser printer. The cost to make a single transfer can range from $0.50 to $2.50 depending on what ink and paper is used by your textile print. However, the transfer paper is covered with a polymer (AKA adhesive) that glues the ink to the top of the shirt. The polymer typically will leave a hand where it is applied and can discolor the shirt or create a window around your graphic. New transfer papers have been released that either minimize the window or uses a 2-step process to eliminate the window completely.
Screen printing has traditionally been the decorating method of choice for most of the apparel that you see in retail stores. With screen printing, ink is only dropped down on garment where the design is, thus eliminating the undesirable window that can occur with some digital transfer paper. However, a graphic must be separated (the process that breaks the down graphic into the different colors needed to print it), a screen must be burned for each color and it requires a screen printing press to be setup. This can become a very time consuming and expensive process when you only need a few shirts. Commonly referred to as a short run, which can be as low as 1 shirt to as many as 48 depending on the size of the shop, the cost per a screen printed shirt could easily be more than what your customer is willing to pay for.
With the changes in fashion leaning more toward short-run, limited edition personalized garments, the need for a high quality solution grew. Of course, apparel decorators are never satisfied with the concept that things are never going to get any better.
Manufacturers and distributors continued to push the boundaries by finding cheaper and faster ways to screen print or to creating better inkjet transfers papers with less hand or feel to them. But the introduction of DTG digital garment printing allowed us to take the positive aspects of both inkjet transfers and screen printing in a solution that could be done in a compact space.
The concept of DTG digital garment printing is basically using a digital printer to lay down a textile water-based ink that has chemical binders that allow the ink to remain on the garment without a polymer being applied to the top of the shirt like a transfer. The ink is then cured to the garment using either a heat press or a textile conveyor dryer.
On average, an apparel decorator can take the artwork from a customer, put it on to a garment and get paid by the customer in less than 10 minutes. With some modification to the artwork, the decorator can personalize the next garment with a name, number(s) or different colors and produce another custom garment in minutes. That is the beauty of DTG digital garment printing – short run, personalized garments in the matter of minutes.

KARACHI – President Pervez Musharraf inaugurating the Pakistan Navy Sports Gala here on Friday late evening at Marina Club advised Navy to spearhead the movement to develop water sports in the country.
He announced a donation of Rs one million for water sports on the occasion. He also congratulated the Commander Coast, Event Management Company Koncepts Unlimited and City District Government Karachi, for joining hands to organise the event and look forward the support of all the relevant departments and organisations for the great success of the Gala.
He also asked Sindh Governor Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan and City Nazim Syed Mustafa Kamal who were also present on the occasion, to encourage water sports.
The president emphasised the need for encouraging water sports in the country.
He described water sports as one of the most relaxing and pleasurable sports possible. He also pointed out that in the past years, our country was good in many of the sports. “We have gone down in all these events so much so that we need to put on extra efforts to improve our standards at the Asia level, South Asian Federation Games level and then obviously at the Olympics level”, he said.
“We have to put on a lot of effort to make this possible”, the President remarked.
He recalled, “Many years ago we had evolved a sports strategy where we thought about the need to facilitate sports in every district and then ensuring that the joining of the schools and colleges in the events of sports”.
